1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product you received is:

  • Damaged or defective, OR
  • Not the item you ordered (wrong product delivered)

Returns must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. How to Report a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at houseofvyoma@gmail.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Your name & contact details
  • Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
  • A brief description of the issue

Please ensure the product and packaging photos clearly show the problem.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • It should include original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • The product must not be used or worn
  • Items returned without proof of the issue (photos) may be rejected

4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

5. Refund/Replacement Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after final inspection.
  • Replacement orders (if chosen) will be processed once the return is accepted.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns for any other reasons (such as change of mind, size, or style preference) are not accepted.
  • Customised or personalised products may be subject to special conditions or may be non-returnable.
