1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product you received is:
- Damaged or defective, OR
- Not the item you ordered (wrong product delivered)
Returns must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. How to Report a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at houseofvyoma@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name & contact details
- Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
- A brief description of the issue
Please ensure the product and packaging photos clearly show the problem.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- It should include original tags, packaging, and accessories
- The product must not be used or worn
- Items returned without proof of the issue (photos) may be rejected
4. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Refund/Replacement Timeline
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after final inspection.
- Replacement orders (if chosen) will be processed once the return is accepted.
6. Important Notes
- Returns for any other reasons (such as change of mind, size, or style preference) are not accepted.
- Customised or personalised products may be subject to special conditions or may be non-returnable.
